Date: 31st July / 1st August 2010
Cost: 20 Notes for a Bar pass
15 for soft drinks Bar pass
We stock Carling, Grolsch, Guinness, Stongbow, Magners, Drambuie Many spirits and all the normall soft drinks on tap.

Times: Feel free to arrive from 4pm friday 30th July, last year the place was empty by 2pm on the Sunday but if people are still gaming its no problem to stay till late but there is no overnight sleeping on the Sunday.

Food: No BBQ or Brekky this year but we do have a Deep Fat Fryer now so we can have hot food ie chips, sausages, burgers, scampi, breaded mushrooms etc. Can set up an honesty pot for coins if you fancy this option or there is all the usual take aways a few minutes drive away or for delivery.

Sleeping: As before there is a multitude of sleeping space so bring all your sleeping bags/camping beds etc, we also have men and women showers and toilets so can accomdate both sexes. Please bring toiletries !

Bring your PCs, games and all the relevant cables, ie 4 way plug, network cable and switches as last year please.

Me too, still deciding to drive from work in Telford on the Friday or pop along Sat Morning

So I have to bring some chips got a freezer?

No cost for the venue, but obviously want people to not bring their own drinks
and yes we got a freezer, will have some chips so no need to bring your own !

So what is it we got here.... sounds like a PC in the back room with a slug connected to the internet?

Is it miles away from the setup area ?
Does it have a router with spare sockets ?
Does it have a wifi and you have the password camo ?

We had no issues with connection speeds at all last year and it does connect via a router so the fact my work PC is shite is not a problem.
No WiFi.
All I did was connect a long cable from router to the switch and we went from there.
There seemed to be no issues that I remember last year so expect the same this year.
